Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: Orange, CA
Status: Full-time position - 40 hours per week
Coordinate the operation of the restaurant. Recruit, train, manage and supervise staff of 4. Meet and greet customers, organize table reservations and offer advice about menu choices. Respond to customer queries and complaints. Plan and coordinate menus. Analyze and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability. Prepare periodic reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales. Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, & health safety, complying with legislation/guidelines.
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Management and one year experience working in a restaurant specializing in Persian cuisine in order to oversee menu planning. Will accept 3 years experience as a restaurant manager specializing in Persian Cuisine in lieu of Bachelor's degree and one year of experience or any reasonable combination of education, training or experience.
